Shell Shock CBD reached out to Digital Bombers in late April 2020. They had a website and wanted us to take a look at ways to improve the overall user experience. We looked at the front end of the website and compiled a list of areas of opportunities. Once the client agreed and gave us admin access, we saw that there was room for improvement on the back-end as well.

The client decided to run a sale on their products right as we were ready to begin making updates. They received so much traffic that the website crashed. We began talking with them about a better hosting platform. Through several conversations, the client agreed to let us launch a new website on a new VPS that would handle their traffic without issue.

The first concept we designed was a success! The new site continued to use a WordPress/WooCommerce combination, and with the release of the new website, we included features like Enhanced Customer Reviews, a better product subscription platform, a more robust affiliates program, and a loyalty program.

We launched the website on July 3, 2020 and the client wanted to announce it in a big way by offering another sale on all their products for Independence Day. The site performed flawlessly as did the VPS. Post-launch, we still maintain the website and provide ongoing SEO services to increase the client’s digital visibility.
